Valentina and Lyudmila have joined Penny in the ranks of Arvigo-trained Abdominal Therapy specialists. It’s massive, people, it is life changing work for therapists and clients alike, and naprapath Dr. Rosita Arvigo, the legendary teacher and author herself headed up the class.
