For five years, CORA’s Good Shepherd Mediation Program has supported the City of Philadelphia’s Eviction Diversion Program, helping tenants and landlords resolve disputes before eviction court. 🏠

📊 Since 2020:
• Eviction court filings have decreased by 36%
• $30 million in rental assistance has supported housing stability
