She received her Master’s Degree in Acupuncture at the Tai Sophia Institute in 2009, and currently practices in Rittenhouse Square, Philadelphia. Caroline’s in-depth experience and successes include treating a wide array of health issues including: Fertility, Anxiety/Depression, Imbalance of the Me**es, Pain, Sciatica, Allergies, GERD, Headaches, and Injuries (Sprains, Breaks, etc). In addition to Caroline’s private practice in Philadelphia, she is also passionate about the benefits of Group (Acupuncture) treatment. She is a Certiied Acu-Detox Specialist (NADA) and the Program Developer & Director of a Group-based Detox Acupuncture program at Bowling Green Brandywine in Kennett Square, PA. Caroline Grace Ashurst also shares her passion for education and community as an adjunct instructor in the Acupuncture department at the WON Institute of Graduate Studies, a Curator for Healing Arts workshops at Mid-Atlantic Festivals, and a facilitator of her own Healing Arts workshops and educational talks. In addition to Caroline’s private practice in Philadelphia, her passion for group Acupuncture treatment has her offering many other accessible opportunities to receive Acupuncture: she co-facilitates “Yoga-Puncture” at yoga studios throughout Philadelphia, offers Acupuncture on Detox Yoga retreats facilitated in relaxing, hidden abodes on the East Coast, and is starting a program for group Detox Acupuncture at a rehab facility outside of Philadelphia. Caroline Grace Ashurst is an adjunct faculty member in the Acupuncture department at the WON Institute of Graduate Studies, and is in the process of opening up a unique Integrative Center in Philadelphia with an Internal Physician who currently is a fellow in Dr. Andrew Weil’s Integrative Medicine program at the University of Arizona.
