Building Bridges for Life group is going on the road to Freddy Hill Farms July 17th! See the Eventbrite link for more information on the event including accessibility and registration. This event is open to any individual with a disAbility. Our Building Bridges for Life events are organized and facilitated by a certified Recreational Therapist focusing on enhancing social and leisure engagement.

Thank you to our spring Recreational Therapy intern Jen for supporting folks in checking out what Spring Brook Farms has to offer. We had some great trips helping out in the garden, feeding the animals, and enjoying their grounds.

Thank you to our Help-U-Bridge friend's generosity! She purchased food items for the JFC Mothers Day Food Drive at the local YMCA. She always enjoys participating in our HUB food drives. When she saw this at the YMCA, she was all in to help. Her bargain shopper skills certainly came in handy.

Hi! We're excited to announce an additional offering to community members with early-stage dementia and memory loss! Help-U-Bridge is partnering with Vicky Hart, CTRS, DCP, DMA to provide a Recreational Therapy group on 5/29! Vicky is a talented Recreational Therapist who is also a Dementia Care Practitioner with a Doctorate in Music. She is also the Director & Founder of A Gathering of Minds, LLC. Please share this amazing opportunity to anyone who may be interested.
