Since 1986, VNG has been providing the highest quality one-on-one care for medically fragile children and young adults at home or school - up to 24 hours a day. Our clinical hiring evaluation of Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs), and Home Health Aides (HHAs) consists of varying levels of expertise allowing for a custom matching process that ensures the right caregiver with the appropriate skills matches to patients requiring that level of skill. We are able to provide patients and families with a warm, nurturing experience through outstanding care, and by being an advocate for our patients in support of the families we serve. Comprehensive coordinated care includes management of the following: Tracheostomy, Ventilator, Gastric Tube, Cerebral Palsy, Seizures, Intellectual Disabilities, and Congenital Anomalies.
