Let’s talk VAGUS baby!!! … 🎲 🎲 😃

Did you know our vagus nerve, is our body’s longest cranial nerve wandering from our brainstem all the way down to our large intestine. They call it the “wandering nerve” because it reaches into our throat, our lungs, our heart, our spleen, our pancreas, our kidneys & our gut (both large & small intestines).
It’s MAJOR player in our overall Wellness.
Why?
