BIG NEWS! I am SO excited to share that I will be offering both virtual AND in-person therapy after the new year! My office is located in the lovely Roxborough neighborhood in Philadelphia and I can't wait to welcome clients into the space. In addition to individual therapy, I plan to offer in-person small groups and workshops coming soon... Stay tuned!

In a recent art group I attended (yes, therapists engage in self-care too!), I created this in response to the start of autumn. I thought about the harvest of beautiful flowers, fruits, and vegetables I've received from nature this summer. Later I began cutting back the dead flowers in my yard with a deeper Feeling of gratitude.
