Feeling a little sluggish. Cleavers is a wonderful lymphatic cleanser. Simply grab a fresh handful of cleavers, rinse them before infusing them in cold water for 24 hours. Then enjoy a large glass full of cleavers infusion with a squeeze of lemon. Green and refreshing and a gentle way to detoxify your body. And they’re free.

Use what you have gardening. Why spend money for an aesthetic coco basket liner when you could use a tote for a store you’re boycotting and get a decorative edge.

Step into the wild side of wellness with Lady Danni’s Wild & Weedy series-back for its 4th session at the Parkway Central Library!

This time, we’re taking things outside for an urban foraging adventure
Think foraging is only for deep forests? Think again! The city is bursting with edible and medicinal plants -you just have to know where (and how) to look. Get ready to see sidewalks, parks, and green spaces in a whole new way.
We kick things off at 10 AM in Room 131, then head out to the Parkway, starting in front of the Barnes Foundation - your gateway to discovering nature hidden in plain sight.
Want to level up your plant-spotting skills? Download apps like Picture This or Naturalist. But honestly, the real magic comes from bringing your curiosity, your observation skills, and your sense of wonder.🐞

• Hunt for plants hiding in the city
• Learn what’s edible, medicinal, and surprising
• Connect with nature-and each other—in a whole new way
• Come ready to explore, laugh, learn, and get a little wild 🌿

Spots are limited -grab your free ticket and don’t miss the adventure! Register for free on Eventbrite search Wild and w**dy or follow the link in my bio

Just a little midweek positivity to help you stop obsessing on the dumpster fire and accentuate the positive

Ah, the thoughts that tumble around in my head are influenced by summers tending Uncle Sug’s allotment, my dad’s attempts at being self-sufficient, Tom & Barbara Good and The Rock Flowers (IYKYK). So when the Foraging season begins and things are in bloom so many ideas come flooding through and there is such a short window to collect and create. Believe me I am on it.
Next on top… Violets.
