There is no right or wrong way to give birth. You can get the epidural or go unmedicated! It’s a hard choice to make at times and I highly suggest birth education to make the best choice for you..and you can always change your mind! Want more help making this choice?

I didn’t want anyone to hold my baby (unless I asked) I needed someone to hold me and tell me that it was going to be okay.

Here I am to hold you, this isn’t forever this is just for now. You will sleep, your baby will grow and you won’t be living in 2 hour increments forever 💜

3 under 3 was a JOURNEY! It was hard, it pushed my postpartum anxiety over the edge. What did my current employer do after my babies had a NICU stay and I was a mess? CUT MY MATERNITY LEAVE SHORT! Told me if I didn’t return to work that I’d be fired. We need to do better in America for mothers how have just given birth because yall sure blame them when postpartum psychosis hits.

Literally do not know the difference. When my babies are hurt or need something I go into fight or flight and my body feels on high alert! Postpartum is a wild ride!
