Over the weekend, our Admissions team came together for a training focused on sharpening their skills and strengthening our processes. It was a really productive session filled with great collaboration and conversation, all centered around how we can continue providing the best experience for our patients and referral partners.

Self-care may look different from one person to the next, yet its purpose is consistent: protecting and strengthening your mental and emotional health. Connecting with supportive relationships, nourishing your body, staying active in ways that feel right, and allowing space to recharge can all contribute to lasting well-being.

When focusing on your mental health feels difficult, seeking professional support can help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

Because caring for mental health starts with caring for the people who show up every day to do the work. A small sweet gesture, but a big thank you to a team that leads with compassion, heart, and purpose.
