It is hard to believe it has already been one month since Allergy & Asthma Care officially became part of ENT and Allergy Associates of Pennsylvania (ENTA-PA).

We have spent the past month integrating new systems, streamlining operations, and enhancing your experience, all while keeping patient care front and center. Your feedback and patience during this transition have meant the world to us.

We understand that some of the recent policy changes, especially regarding allergy shot appointments, present a different way to receive care. We have shifted our approach to allergy shot administration. While we do still permit walk-in availability, when patients don’t make appointments for shots we cannot adequately plan resources. To be clear, when a patient makes and keeps an appointment, we can better assure reliability and timely care. While we will continue to do our best to accommodate walk-ins, patients with appointments will receive priority, which ensures we can serve everyone efficiently. We strongly encourage scheduling your allergy shot appointments in advance to minimize wait times and avoid any delays. This is a change in process that we think will ultimately serve you better.

Our staff is working hard to adapt to new systems and processes, and while there may still be a few hiccups along the way, we are doing everything we can to make things run smoothly. Your patience really makes a difference, and we appreciate it more than you know.

In addition, here are a few other important things to keep in mind:

- Online Scheduling & Paperwork: If you have not tried it yet, our new online scheduling system makes it easier than ever to schedule appointments and complete your forms in advance.
- Referrals & Insurance: Please continue to use our updated NPI numbers for any new referrals. And remember—we still accept a wide range of insurance plans.

We know these changes may bring up questions, and we are always happy to help. If you need anything or have questions about your care, please do not hesitate to reach out to your local office.
