At the Terrace at Chestnut Hill, walking gardens, an inspiring library, incredible chef-prepared meals, art and music rooms can be enjoyed by all. A variety of accommodating floor plans are available including studio private and companion apartments, wheelchair accessible plans, and personal care apartments with kitchenettes. The facility offers a handful of activities such as low-impact aerobics and strength training.

October’s Resident Spotlight: Ms. Ruth 🌸

Ruth joined our community in July and has been a true ray of sunshine ever since! Born in Hazleton, PA, in 1931, she is proud of her Lithuanian and Russian heritage and is a devoted Roman Catholic. A Temple University graduate with a degree in Chemistry, Ruth later became a Certified Nurse Practitioner in Women’s Health, enjoying a long and fulfilling career in nursing.

Married to the love of her life, Donald, Ruth is the proud mother of four daughters, grandmother of seven, and great-grandmother of four. She loves musicals, easy listening music, reading about nature, and cheering for her favorite team—the New England Patriots! 💜

We’re so happy to have Ruth as part of our Terrace family—her warmth and positivity brighten every day.

Our residents had an amazing time at our “Fall Into Happy Hour” with the talented Adeline Csontos! 🎶 The afternoon was filled with great music, laughter, and friendship as we enjoyed the crisp autumn air on our beautiful patio. 🌤️

Delicious appetizers and refreshing drinks made it the perfect way to celebrate the season together! 🍷🧀🍂

🎉✨ This past weekend, we had the honor of celebrating our incredible Mrs. Brooks, who turned 102 years old! ✨🎉

She was proudly presented with a certificate from our Lifestyles Director, recognizing her as both our Most Active Resident and our only resident over 100. 💐👏

Our residents and team came together in the colors of the month — black, white, and silver — to show their love and support. The celebration was made even more special with a performance by her favorite entertainer, Eric Jaber, who had the whole room smiling and singing along. 🎶💃

Mrs. Brooks is truly the heart of our community, and we are so blessed to celebrate this milestone with her. 💙
