I’m excited to share that I’ve added VR Exposure Therapy to my clinical offerings. This evidence-based approach uses immersive virtual environments to help clients safely confront fears, reduce anxiety, and build confidence — all within a supportive, guided framework.

It’s an innovative tool that can be used in cognitive-behavioral therapy to help clients take meaningful steps toward lasting change. If you’d like to learn more about how VR therapy can support your clients or your own wellness goals, I’d love to connect.

Stop letting fear hold you back. VR Exposure Therapy helps you manage anxiety, face phobias, and rediscover the freedom to live fully—In-person in the Chestnut Hill neighborhood of Philadelphia & online across PA. Schedule a consult today.

I’m excited to share that I’ve joined the Board of Advisors for the School of Arts and Sciences at my alma mater, Loyola University Maryland.
It’s an honor to give back to a university that played such an important role in shaping my academic and professional path. I’m looking forward to supporting the next generation of students and contributing to the continued growth of the arts and sciences community at Loyola.

Holiday time is here! I don't know about you, but sticking to my healthy goals this time of year is tough. Here are a few tips to help you through. 1. Set a clear and realistic intention. You may want to eat 3 meals a day. You may want to stick to your exercise routine. You can pick one thing and commit to it. 2. Schedule 15 minutes each day to take a break. We all make better decisions when we're rested. 3. When you miss your goal (we all do), shake it off and try again. Don't give yourself the excuse of giving up altogether. Happy Thanksgiving!
