This is that season when people sometimes feel distress, uncertainty, confused, grief, etc. In our business of shopping, family, and friends interactions, let’s also be watchful of those who might be suffering. Volunteer sometime during the holiday season to a shelter, inner city, youth programs, neighborhood events that help those that are in need.

This was a great event! If you or anyone you know is experiencing depression or suicidal thoughts there is help! You can call 988 or text 988 and someone can help you.

1. Don’t make a decision today. You don’t have to act on your thoughts.
2. Talk to other people you trust
3. Be around other people
4. Be aware of your triggers
5. Seek treatment for drug and alcohol
6. Journal
7. Call a pastor or elder to get prayer
