SEE THIS BLACK DOOR IT NEVER STOPS I PURCHASED THIS BUILDING 20 YEARS AGO THIS DOOR WAS SEALED CLOSED NEVER OPENED SO I DIDNT PUT A STEEL ROLL DOWN DOOR UP IT WAS IUR THE WAY I JUST HAPPENED TO GO IN THE GARAGE THIS MORNING THE DOOR WIDE OPEN EVERY DAY I PULL UP TO MY PROPERTIES IN PHILLY AND ALWAYS HAVE TO HIKD MY BREATH BECAUSE I BEVER NO WHAT TO EXPECT
