My approach as a therapist

I provide therapy incorporating Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and mindfulness. I’m also interested in incorporating narrative, relational, and attachment-based therapies. We’ll develop strategies for improving emotional, behavioral, and cognitive concerns. Together, we can explore hard topics with care, sensitivity, thoughtfulness and a sense of humor. Sometimes you love your life yet know that you haven’t fully addressed past trauma--we can gently start that journey. I’m hoping to support those in Philadelphia who care for our community: those engaged in creation, activism, and healing. I also wish to welcome populations that may not feel comfortable in traditional therapy spaces: people of color, LGBTQIA, and immigrants. I’m half French and moved to the USA when I was 11 so I have my own understanding of moving between different cultural spaces.
