Today is International Self-Care Day, a reminder that taking care of you is not selfish, it’s essential! Self-care isn’t all bubble baths and spa days (though those are great too). It’s about listening to your needs, setting healthy boundaries, seeking support and doing what helps you feel grounded, rested and resilient mentally, physically and emotionally.
💜 Prioritize rest
💜 Move your body
💜 Talk it out
💜 Say no when needed
💜 Ask for help
At the Horsham Clinic, we’re here when self-care isn’t enough. Whether you need a moment to reset or a place to heal, support is just a call away with counselors available at 1-800-237-4447.

Mental health and substance use can often go hand-in-hand. This is called a co-occurring disorder. It is when someone experiences both a mental health condition (like depression, anxiety or PTSD) and struggles with substance use.
Why does it happen?
People may turn to substances to cope with mental health symptoms or substance use may trigger or worsen mental health challenges. Either way, both need compassionate, integrated care to heal.
At the Horsham Clinic. we treat the whole person by addressing mental health and substance use together to assist in recovery. If you or a loved one is struggling, help is here. Call us today at 1-800-237-4447.

It was another great day for a BBQ at The Horsham Clinic. The management team served (and some even manned the grill) in our beautiful sunken garden last week. In addition to delicious meals, we recognized our Service Excellence and Good Catch winners. Congratulations to all!

Meet Mike, IT Specialist, the man behind the scenes keeping our technology running smoothly at all hours of the day (and night). If you’ve ever had a technical issue at our hospital (and let’s, be honest… who hasn’t), chances are Mike was the one who saved the day. He’s our IT wizard who makes sure everything from our computers to our systems keeps running without a hitch.
With years of experience under his belt, Mike knows his stuff. He has a no-nonsense work ethic that gets problems solved fast. Don’t let his tough exterior fool you, Mike is just as known for his sense of humor and quick wit as he is for his IT skills. He keeps the mood light when stress levels rise and isn’t afraid to share a laugh or a memorable one-liner. Add to that his signature sense of style and you’ve got someone who brings both substance and personality to the job. Thank you, Mike, for keeping us connected, protected and supported every single day!

We are looking for a Director of HIM/Medical Records to help lead our team! Among the responsibilities for this position include consulting with management, administration, and medical staff to ensure that all patient records are maintained within standards established by licensing agencies.
Benefits include competitive compensation and generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision and prescription drug plans 401K with company match and discounted stock plan, tuition reimbursement and more.
Recently, patients from two of our units started to talk with their treatment teams about nutrition and the impact it can have on mental health. They wanted to host a healthy lunch party and with the assistance of our Dietary Department and decorations from the patients, they made it happen. The patients from both units enjoyed the “fruits” of their efforts.

Saturday's sunny sky, soft breezes and local families was the perfect mix for Family Fest at Souderton Community Park! Staff members, Lauren and Alex, even had the opportunity to take a photo with Rep. Steve Malagari.
Lauren and Alex also enjoyed playing Plinko with kids who tried their luck at winning prizes. The families who attended Family Fest enjoyed learning about their community resources. What a great way to start the Summer!
