Focus your energy on what you can influence - your ATTITUDE and ACTIONS.

🤗ATTITUDE – Focus on perspectives that help you stay positive and open-minded.
👣ACTIONS – Consider that doing nothing maybe the right thing. Sometimes stepping back to focus on yourself is the best decision.

We often hide the parts of ourselves we deem bad or shameful in our unconscious mind– our ‘shadow self’. 🤕

Yet, what we ignore doesn’t disappear, it continues to influence our thoughts, words, and behaviors, hidden from our conscious awareness. 🌬️

By courageously shining a 💡 on these shadow aspects, shifting the energy, and healing our mind, we can release limiting beliefs and create powerful change. This enables us to grow, become more resilient, and truly be empowered.

In a world that often celebrates hustle and productivity, take a moment to show yourself some love. 🥰
Here are a few ways to practice self-kindness:

❤️ Self-care: Take time to care for your physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

🙅‍♀️ Set Boundaries: Say NO to things that drain your energy or cause you stress.

🥳 Celebrate Your Achievements: Take pride in your accomplishments, no matter how small, recognize the effort you've put into reaching them.

🙏 Forgive Yourself: Mistakes are part of being human, use them as opportunities for growth and learning.

🎨 Express Yourself: Find creative outlets for self-expression, allow yourself to express your thoughts, feelings, and ideas authentically.

🧘‍♀️ Practice Mindfulness: Bring awareness to your thoughts, feelings, and sensations in the present moment without judgment.
Mindfulness practices such as Meditation and Shadow Work can help reduce stress and increase self-compassion.

When you’re stressed, your mind may race or your body may feel tense and overwhelmed. Grounding techniques can help interrupt this cycle by directing your attention away from stressors and into the present reality. Grounding yourself brings your focus back to the present moment and reconnects you with your body and surroundings. 
Try these techniques when you’re feeling overwhelmed and ungrounded -

1. GET OUTSIDE and soak up the sun's warmth. Feel the earth beneath your feet, touch a tree, or run your fingers through the grass.  
2. Take DEEP, CONTROLLED breaths with 4 count box breathing. This quick technique helps calm the nervous system and brings instant relaxation. (4-4-4-4: inhale-hold-exhale-hold) 
3. MOVE YOUR BODY – go for a walk, stretch, do yoga, or dance. Let go of excess energy and release feel-good endorphins.
4. LAUGH! Watch a comedy, spend time with friends who make you smile, and let the laughter flow. Your body will thank you as stress melts away. 
5. Hold or carry GROUNDING CRYSTALS like obsidian, black tourmaline, smoky quartz or hematite. These gems anchor you to the present moment and your physical surroundings, bringing a sense of calm and stability.

Remember, amidst the chaos, you hold the power to ground yourself and find peace within.
Take a moment today to reconnect with yourself and embrace the serenity that surrounds you.
