For those of us who may be having a time right now in life…

Life be lifing, times do certainly get rough, and it may indeed appear that all this s**t is fu**ed up. Worlds crumble and realities fade, thats life.. As humans we are sentient, emotions are natural but, most importantly they are free energies, catalysts if you will. My truth is that being human, here, present, alive, well, and divinely aligned… most of the time lol… also means I (we) are the direct essence of our creator. Knowing this also lets me know that we have the ability to transmute that free energy into useful fuel to create our own realities. Not like woo woo magic, more like a process or act of attaining and staying in alignment.

Having a relationship with your creator is🔑, and an understanding that life isn’t happening to you but for you, will help you remain solid and become your driving force as you press on. All experiences are lessons, some come as challenges and test. Learning to sit in your experiences, uncomfortable or not, learning to view them more as something happening FOR you not TO you is 🔑. Yes, it is extremely hard at times!!! I encourage you to Inquire(pray) your creator will answer. It may not be what you want to hear or realise but, TRUTH is freeing. Ask, yourself why you are there? THINK. Ask, what role did YOU play in how your life has unfolded. THINK. What choices lead to this moment? What i can do if anything to atleast help myself feel better? What were other options were available and how were they likely to play out. THINK CRITICALLY! Being inquisitive expands your perception giving you a better opportunity to rise above whatever challenge or challenges are actively teaching you, prepping you, and molding you at the moment

Creator has given us a gift of discernment, it is imperative that you learn how to use it. It is a powerful tool given to help us navigate life. Understanding and practicing discernment gives you the power of accountability which over time will show you that the essence of the most high is not only all around you but rooted within you. LEARN it! Use it!

EDUCATE yourself and take control of your life. This human experience was meant to be a gift not a tragedy. You have to shift your mindset and do the work to unlearn and then relearn baby! It’s apart of the journey! LETS GOOOO

Ya girl has been busy, building my brand, expanding my business, studying my craft, and elevating in all avenues of life.
Life has been teaching and revealing alot to me. Never settle for comfort unless, it is the comfort you precisely prayed for. Keep your goals in focus and don’t let anything that isn’t pushing you towards those goals, throw you off track.
Realistically, s**t happens. Like trees in the fall, let the dead weight fall. Get back up and get back in alignment. What you desire, what you deserve is right on the other side of disciplined actions.

The body functions as one integrated system where every movement and posture is deeply interdependent.
