What an incredible experience at the HHAeXchange Pennsylvania Customer Summit! The event kicked off with a fantastic training day, followed by an inspiring keynote from CEO Paul Joiner. It was wonderful to see deserving customers recognized for their outstanding contributions.

The summit featured insightful discussions led by Pennsylvania Homecare Association CEO Mia Haney about the evolving dynamics of homecare in our state. There was a panel of Pennsylvania CHC executives exploring effective collaboration between payers and providers, along with engaging conversations with Chris Durrance, director of the “Caregiving” documentary, and featured caregiver Matthew Cauli.

We wrapped up with a memorable Customer Appreciation Reception! It was a great opportunity to connect and share ideas that will drive our industry forward! ⭐️
