Keeping up—Yogi Bhajan said “Keep up” was the mantra for the Aquarian age. To keep doing your daily sadhana when you’re sick with flu (or whatever illness) can seem like a lot . But I think I’m finally pushing through after six days of illness, shortened meditation times, and plenty of self forgiveness. There were definitely times I just wanted to climb back in bed. But I also thought of this pineal gland kriya as self healing—my hands over my head in self blessing. Also the open hands and breath of fire at the end asking the universe to bring in healing energy.
