Here’s how to keep your body happy while you dig, plant & prune:
Use raised beds – No more constant bending.
Sit or kneel on pads – Give those knees a break.
Choose long-handled ergonomic tools – Reach without the strain.
Alternate tasks – Switch it up to avoid overuse by being in the same position too long.
Lift with your legs – Not your back!
