Hello, we are Anchor Janitorial and we clean some of your neighbors buildings. We are very aware of how hard it can be to get a quality cleaning service that will maintain your spaces to look their best and provide a healthier work environment. We are not a basic service provider [ i.e. just trash and vacuum] as many are… We clean and maintain your building to our own high standards! We cut our teeth doing white glove inspections for military housing. Most cleaning services are provided by a franchise cleaner working from a bid that a corporate salesperson {who has never cleaned a building in their lives} bid on their behalf. These bids are normally under bid and very discouraging to the franchise owner and their standards drop and/or they will fail. We know this as this is how we started out in 1988. We quit the franchise that year and All our customers rehired us and we became Anchor Janitorial. When we submit a bid to you it is being submitted by the people who will be doing the actual cleaning! We are family owned and staffed so there is always an owner and honest cleaner in your building.
