Leading optometrist Dr. Ronald Platt has been involved in the practice for over 25 years- after graduating from Ursinus College, and then Pennsylvania College of Optometry. Drs Platt & Platt has a wide selection of eyeglasses and contact lenses and works with the insurance company allowances to get you the best benefits possible. We are extremely experienced in contact lens fitting and routinely fit difficult cases such as those with astigmatism, bifocal prescriptions, and corneal conditions- such as kerataconus. We perform thorough, comprehensive eye examinations that include glaucoma and cataract screening. We also perform dilated eye exams to detect eye and systemic diseases that may otherwise go unnoticed- such as diabetes, hypertension (high blood pressure), cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, optic nerve and retinal disease.
