5 months post ACL repair, TJ is strengthening his knee for sharp routes and quick cuts.

🦵 Single-leg decel – control the eccentric landing so the knee absorbs force safely and sets up the next push-off.
⚡ RFD (rate of force development) – train the knee to hit peak force in the first 200 ms for an explosive first step.
🔁 Impulse – maintain high force through the entire ground contact, powering all the way out of the cut.

▶️ Force curve - shows how efficiently she produces and absorbs force.
▶️Strength symmetry – compares quad and hamstring strength on both legs to flag imbalances.
▶️Deceleration profile – measures how well she slows down and changes direction, a key demand in soccer.

📈The data gives the PT a clear picture of what’s strong, what’s lagging, and how they can improve. They turn that information into an individualized rehab program to target the exact needs and goals of the athlete.
