Representation matters for everyone, especially for children. Seeing a character who relates to your life on TV, in books, or in the movies can be a life-changing experience. PBS show, Carl the Collector, has always been representative of people with disabilities, and now they are set to feature a character who uses a communication device! This character, Paolo, is also voiced by Odin Frost, who also has autism and utilizes a communication device himself!

This next step of representation is bound to make an impact on so many lives, especially for people who use communication devices themselves!

A groundbreaking children's television show is set to introduce a new character who is largely non-speaking and communicates with the help of a special speech tablet.
