After a long winter indoors, our students were excited to enjoy their first outdoor walk of the season. 😁

Fresh air, movement, and exploration are an important part of early childhood development. Moments like these help children build confidence, practice social skills, and connect with the world around them.

Snack time can be learning time too.

Today our students created edible dinosaurs using pita chips, cottage cheese, and cherry tomatoes. Activities like this encourage creativity, strengthen fine motor skills, and help children build positive relationships with healthy foods.

Learning happens throughout the entire day — even during snack.

As Black History Month comes to a close, our children created this special piece to celebrate love, unity, and the powerful voices of Black leaders.

The red heart represents love, and each handprint reminds us that every voice and every heart matters.

Guided by Ms. Daly and Ms. Savannah, our Preschoolers explored age-appropriate quotes and had meaningful conversations about respect, fairness, courage, and kindness.

At Brainy Bunch, we believe history begins with how we treat one another.

🚗✈️ Transportation Exploration is underway! 🚂🚌

This week, our Preschool class is diving into all the different ways people move from place to place in our communities.

Today’s focus:
🔴 Color of the Day — RED

Students colored cars, trucks, and other transportation vehicles using red crayons and markers while strengthening fine motor skills, color recognition, and early vocabulary development.

A small learning moment that means a lot 🤍

In this clip, our young toddler Elliot is responding to his teacher as she shows him color flashcards just outside the camera frame. Through simple prompts and repetition, he’s strengthening his ability to recognize colors, listen carefully, and respond with confidence.

Early learning often looks like this — quiet interactions, guided support, and consistent encouragement. These everyday moments help build language, focus, and strong foundational skills over time.

Today’s learning moment 🤍

At just 18 months, Kamari is being exposed to Spanish number recognition through repetition, listening, and engagement with her teacher. She already recognizes colors, shapes, and numbers 1–10 in English — and we’re intentionally building on that foundation.

Early language exposure supports brain development, listening skills, and confidence — and it looks different for every child.

This is what responsive, intentional learning looks like.
