Are you a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse with IV therapy experience and a strong background in wound care? Join Heart N Rhythm, where we’re redefining patient care through mobile, in-home clinical services that restore wellness, dignity, and trust.

We are expanding and looking for RNs who are confident administering IV infusions and experienced in wound care management — from post-op to chronic wound healing. If you're passionate about personalized, community-based care and want to be part of a supportive and flexible nursing team, we’d love to meet you.

✅ Key Responsibilities
Administer IV therapy and hydration infusions safely in-home or on-site
Perform assessments and develop individualized wound care plans
Provide advanced wound care including dressing changes, debridement, and infection monitoring
Collaborate with physicians and supervising staff on treatment modifications
Maintain accurate patient records and comply with all clinical protocols
Educate patients and families on wound healing and IV care instructions
Travel to patient locations as needed (mobile care)
🔎 Qualifications
Active RN license (PA) required
IV certification or strong IV placement experience preferred
Wound care certification (WCC, CWCN) a plus
Minimum of 1 year in a clinical setting; home health experience preferred
Strong communication skills, critical thinking, and a compassionate approach
Must have reliable transportation
