Recovery is a Lifestyle

ERP Health is a holistic model I want to use to help as many people as possible while changing the paradigm of addiction treatment.

While I was recovering from my own battle with addiction, I was on fire to learn the teachings, tools and tips to help me break free. I knew once I found the answers I was looking for, I would make it my life’s work to share that message with as many people as I could.

ERP Health was borne of hundreds of hours over many years spent consuming information on social and physical sciences, with a special emphasis on the studies of health, happiness and life purpose and achievement.

ERP Health is based on a biopsychosocial model, addressing addiction treatment in a holistic manner in a way no one else is. It is comprised of six primary modalities, each with both core and supplementary lesson plans. Every lesson also has reflections and exercises so clients and course participants can affirm and digest the course material for themselves. The most important aspect of ERP Health is that it emphasizes personal responsibility. It is crucial for participants to understand that a better life is possible when they make it a priority for themselves. No one else can do the work for you – but if you are willing, ERP Health is an incredible roadmap to follow.
