This Focus Flow blends meditation, strength-building drills, and playful balance work, with time for reflection + Q&A.
Whether you’re lifting off for the first time or refining your edge, come as you are and leave lighter, stronger, and more grounded. You’ll walk away with the tools to incorporate arm balances into your regular practice!

We have added a handful of 75-minute classes to our Manayunk schedule (along with some other new classes) this fall and are so excited for you to try them out!

Join Ava on Tuesdays in September for a very special pop-up series: Yoga Therapeutics for Stress Management.
As we move into the busier rhythms of fall, give yourself the space to slow down, recharge, and reconnect.
Each class will weave together gentle asana
(physical postures), pranayama (breathwork), meditation, and yoga nidra (guided rest) to calm the nervous system and restore a sense of ease.
All levels are welcome — no prior experience needed!
Ava is continuing her training through on her way to becoming a Yoga Therapist and excited to share her knowledge with our community!

This is our temporary home. 🫶
We are still practicing on the patio in Ambler for the next couple of weeks, and while we miss our indoor space, we are loving our new digs. Practicing outdoors offers a connection to nature, more grounding, and endless drishti! 👁️
As many of you may know, a little over a week ago the sprinklers in our studio went off in the early morning and completely flooded our studio.
We are so grateful for the team who are diligently helping to restore our studio. 🫶
And to you, our community, thank you for your patience, understanding and flexibility as we continue to pivot during this time.
This is yoga off the mat.
One more chance to practice with us today, Monday at 6:15 pm with Renay. And we’ll be there all week long. Let’s move + breathe together!
