This Sunday in the United States, we recognize Korean War Veterans Armistice Day, a solemn reminder of the sacrifices made by over 5 million service members, allies, and civilians during the Korean War.
At Gentell, we pause to honor the brave men and women who served and the legacy of those who never returned home. Your courage and commitment to freedom will never be forgotten.
“The Korean War may be called the ‘Forgotten War,’ but the service and sacrifice of those who fought will never be forgotten by us. At Gentell, we are deeply thankful for their courage and legacy.” - Gentell President & CEO, David Navazio
Pictured here is the Korean War Veterans Memorial in Washington, D.C., which honors the millions who served during the Korean War. It features 19 stainless steel statues representing a squad on patrol, surrounded by a granite wall etched with images of real service members.
