Let me start with this…
I'm not perfect (I'm far from it).
However, I refuse to believe that a lack of time is a good reason to slack on the things that we say are important to us.
No, what I did today is not sustainable. But it's a great reminder for me that if you make a promise (even if just to yourself), you are in complete control of the follow-through.
Don't get me wrong, there are exceptions and there will be times when priorities need to be rearranged and timelines changed.
But if you're using "I don't have time" on a regular basis, I have news for you.
You have the time, you're just not making it.
You don't care about it enough.
The conditions will never be perfect.
If you want it, go work for it.
Do hard things.
