🌈 Your input helps LGBTQIA+ organizations across the state do more to promote the health and well-being of LGBTQIA+ Pennsylvanians.

🧑 💻 The survey is supported by the Pennsylvania Department of Health, and the data collected can be used by the community to support advocacy and research efforts, such as applying for grants and informing programs to align for the LGBTQIA+ community.
