As an acupuncturist, I think one of the questions I get a lot is, “Who do you get acupuncture from when you’re not feeling well?”

And the answer is: Sometimes. Sometimes myself, sometimes other people.

As I was sitting at the office, waiting for a patient to arrive, I realized I could use some acupuncture. So I did what I know I can do for myself. Does this replace being seen by someone else? Honestly, no it doesn’t. But we do what we must!

How do you take care of yourself? And when was the last time you got some acupuncture?!
