You don't have to do it all.

1. Make sure the information is correct (fruit is NOT bad, seed oils DON'T cause inflammation).

2. Make sure it applies to you- (I don't need electrolyte packs or 2 grams of protein per kg)

3. Make sure it's something you can do forever. Otherwise you'll stop doing it and go back to square one.

It might be something like- you need to workout for 1 hour a day, everyday at a gym with a personal trainer. (Being extreme here).

That is not evidence based- 150 minutes of moderate aerobic (think cardio) a week and 2 strength training sessions is the recommendation.

If you're over 65 you should add in balance and flexibility.

Personally as a 40 (something) female, I lean towards the strength training. I do it in my garage with adjustable dumbbells. That works for me and I've been doing it for 3 years with no plan to stop.

Take the information- vet it, and apply it to yourself/lifestyle.

Or, hire a dietitian (typically covered by insurance) to do all that for you! Ha!
