Dear Valued Customers and Friends,
Yesterday marked the 20th anniversary of Margot & Camille Optique’s opening in Old City, Philadelphia.
This milestone is bittersweet, as I must share the difficult decision to close the business.
The past five years have been exceptionally challenging, and despite my efforts to fully restore operations, I now face the reality that this chapter must come to an end. Life’s circumstances have led me to focus on providing for my daughter, whose scholarship with the Corps of Cadets at Virginia Tech was revoked. Ensuring she can continue her Bachelor’s degree in Science has become my top priority.
While this transition is not easy, I choose to believe that everything happens for a reason. I remain hopeful that new opportunities will emerge, revealing that this change may ultimately be a blessing in disguise.
I am deeply grateful for your support over the years.
Margot & Camille Optique was more than a business—it was a community, and I cherish the relationships built along the way.
