KMS Staffing: A New Chapter for Kensington Management Services, Inc.

Walmart is offering “sensory friendly” hours every morning from 8 to 10 a.m. for people who are neurodivergent. This means less noise, light, and stimulation in the stores. As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at KMS Staffing, we may be supporting adults with IDD in the community who are neurodivergent. It is important to choose an environment that will suit their needs and preferences.

📣 Great news from KMS Staffing! We are hiring Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) in Center City, North and Northeast Philadelphia, and Elkins Park, PA.

This is a fantastic opportunity for those who have a passion for helping children. The position offers a competitive pay of $18/hr.

Although previous experience is not required, the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services requires all BHTs to complete a 40-hour Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) training. Good news is, this training can now be obtained for FREE at the Autism Partnership Foundation.

Please note: To receive the RBT certificate, you'll need to create a free account at BACB to get a BACB ID. This process takes just 5 minutes.
