Hey Y’all!
We have recently had a few questions around tickets, classes and meals. Our team figured it may be good to make a post to answer some popular FAQs
.
1 - Are all classes and workshops included in the ticket price? - Yes! All classes and activities are included in the ticket price. There will be venders and facilitators offering items and services outside of classes. If you are interested in purchasing them, they will be separate.
.
2 - How do I know what classes to take and when? - Three weeks prior to the event the final class schedule will be sent out to all ticket holders & website subscribers. You are then able to take a look at the classes and schedule out your retreat. There are no class you have to or don’t have to take. It is up to you to create the experience you wish to have. There will also be a scannable QR code for the schedule and map upon check in / arrival.
.
3 - Will there meal plans this year? - No. Unfortunately due to food costs rising we will not know what will be featured on the menu till about two weeks prior to the event. We plan to keep meals at similar price points to years prior. We will also have snacks and drinks available. Food can be purchased in the dining hall at designated meal times which will be shared when the class schedule is sent out. We will continue to include vegan options for all meal times. Also, yes, Kitchen 519 will be providing all meals again this year!
.
4 - Will we get a list of recommended things to bring again? - Absolutely! When we send out the class list we also send out a suggested packing list. You do not need to bring anything listed, we just thought it may be helpful.
Example: If you are going to be purchasing a ticket that includes a bed, be sure to bring sheets and pillows for your bunk!
.
5 - Are all classes posted? - Nope! *wink*
We will continue to release added classes. This year we are looking at around 80+ classes/workshops/activities in total, each offered more than once over the entire four days.
See ya in September!
