CCYT, CMT, CYT with continuing education certifications in YTT for Trauma, Depression and Anxiety Kelsey Dickstein – Founder, Teacher, Artist, and Healer
As a nonbinary, queer individual and a mother, Kelsey brings a deep sense of empathy and authentici
ty to everything they do. From surviving homelessness and an abusive childhood to becoming a certified yoga instructor, meditation teacher, and advocate for conscious living, their life story is a testament to resilience and transformation. As a vegan since 2018, Kelsey advocates for harm-free living and strives to create a compassionate, eco-conscious world. Whether they're leading a yoga class, creating art, or writing books, Kelsey encourages others to express their true selves and live in alignment with their values. In addition to teaching and creating, Kelsey is an artist and writer. Their book PAPERCUTS is a psychological thriller that explores trauma, CPTSD, OCD, and personal growth, offering a glimpse into the healing process through art and storytelling (check it out HERE on Amazon, or nab a LIMITED EDITION SIGNED COPY HERE on Etsy). Kelsey also plays bass, keyboards, and violin, and enjoys collaborating with their partner and 4-year-old child in their family band, The Oatmeals. Their other hobbies include regular hiking, cycling, and constantly reading. Based in North Philadelphia, Kelsey continues to expand their offerings with future projects that include a children’s book and more handmade goods, always with a focus on sustainability and self-expression.
