p for success

Oh, hi! I'm Beth Auguste MS RDN CSOWM WFS. I'm a dietitian nutritionist, fitness trainer and board-certified specialist in obesity and weight management. And I'm ALSO a mom who juggles maintaining a healthy, active lifestyle while chasing two adorable but exhausting young children while running a business. Before life got complicated I was able to easily put nutrition and fitness first. After the pressures of career, marriage, house, and family came into play, I learned how difficult it can be to maintain healthy habits with so many competing priorities. Managing multiple responsibilities while balancing my self-care in a way that didn’t feel overwhelming was challenging. I realized the need for and value of community and support systems to nurture our desire for healthy living in the midst of our busy lives. And thus, Be Well with Beth was born! That experience helped me understand that nutrition and healthcare advice can’t happen in a vacuum. It needs to meet you where you are and integrate creative, effective solutions that fit into even the busiest schedule. I’m more than your nutritionist-- I’m an advocate and supporter for your wellness. I am here for you every step of the way. I’m passionate about helping my clients maintain a healthy lifestyle through the challenges of new parenthood and the hectic schedules of our everyday lives.

Pay what you wish

Come out and bring whatever age kiddo you’ve got.

We’ll meet on the grassy side and I’ll bring plenty of toys to keep the kids occupied

this workout is as much about connecting socially as it is about getting your body moving.

i’ll bring exercise bands, and we will set a timer so that we can chitchat over our reps instead of counting, unless of course the toddlers want to count

if it’s been a while since you’ve attended one of my workouts or if you never have before, check out the Fitness page on my website to learn more.

This article explains one of the most magical stories of my early motherhood experience.

When I became a mom I knew that I needed community so I went to a local new mom meetup (shoutout and ). I thought I’d make some friends and find some support.

I had no idea that I would ignite a lifeline for myself and so many others.

This article shares just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to tales of the magic of the aka .

What this article doesn’t share about me is that this group is what propelled me in to finding my passion in .

I was overwhelmed by early motherhood and all I knew was that I wasn’t ready to go back to my corporate 9-5 job.

It was and members of the chat who encouraged me to take the risk and start this business.

While this article is not about my business (nor should it be), it is about an experience deeply special to me that was the inspiration and catalyst for my business.

So many moments of parenthood can be overwhelming and isolating. The need to feel seen and understood doesn’t stop after maternity leave.

My experience in this community is what inspired me to create my online course, The Refresh (fitting in food and fitness for busy parents).

I’ve learned that sometimes new parenthood can make you feel like you are on a different playing field when it comes to achieving the same goals as everyone else.

It can be really nice to share a common goal with people who are on the same playing field as you (the one where a sick child can throw off your entire week).

From my own background, I know I can help parents of young kids feel healthier via food and fitness. (Which is why I think you should join the refresh 😘.. always be selling 😜 😉)

And if that’s not for you
I encourage everyone reading this to find your community who can be on your same playing field with a common goal, whether it’s health or something completely different.

Ok, thanks for coming to my Ted talk 🤓

Been sending this same email a lot lately.

Most health insurance companies will cover nutrition counseling at 100% even if you haven’t paid off your deductible yet.

I’ve got a cheat sheet I can send you so you know exactly what to ask when you call your insurance?

Want to know if you can get free nutrition counseling?

When it comes to diet and exercise success

It’s not about meeting your checklist goals

It’s about how your body responds to what you are doing.

A fully checked list means nothing

A body operating at 100% of its ability means everything.

If you want help getting out of your lists and in to your body. Let’s work together.
