Here’s the truth most women aren’t told:

But it doesn’t fix the actual reasons your thyroid is struggling in the first place.

Feel exhausted, brain foggy, and can’t lose weight?

Too much calcium in your soft tissues can be what’s driving your Hashimoto’s symptoms.

What can cause this to happen?

A lot of things such as magnesium deficiency, taking calcium supplements, emotional trauma, iodine deficiency, excess estrogen, and any kind of chronic stress on your body…

Most women have no idea this is happening inside their body—let alone that it could be the root of their problem.

The good news? It’s fixable—but only if you address what’s actually driving it.

That can be many things, but one big thing you can start doing right now to support this is to 💥NOT under-eat💥

That yogurt with a banana and coffee? Not a meal.

2 eggs? Not a meal.

Protein bar? Also not a meal!

Aim for 3 plates of food a day, focusing on animal protein and veggies.

This will help fuel your body with what it really needs and that goes a long way to lighten the stress load on it.

Hashimoto’s isn’t making you exhausted, it’s really hidden mineral imbalances robbing your energy

Here’s just ONE example…

A common pattern we see in women with Hashimoto’s is a calcium being too high in your tissues (not the blood) while potassium is too low

This pattern creates a LOT of problems such as:

• Decreased cell permeability making it harder for thyroid hormone - and other nutrients - to get into your cells 🚫

• Slows your metabolism and accelerates the aging process 🫣

• Can create a loss of motivation and confidence as it pushes your nervous system into to a freeze response 😞

This all results in fatigue, brain fog, and even trouble losing weight.

And worst of all, this can happen even if thyroid hormone blood levels are in a good range which leads to many women being told “everything is fine… you’re just getting older”

Don’t buy into fad “detoxes” next time they come across your scroll, they are just selling a gimmick. Now let’s talk about what you can do to help it…🔥Here are 3 Tips to promote natural detoxification! ✅ Eat enough protein and healthy fat. Two key ingredients ✨required✨ for the detoxification process are amino acids (from protein) and bile (from dietary fat). Without these, your body cannot detox. Work gradually up to about 1 pound of animal/seafood protein daily and this will provide both amino acids and healthy fats you need. ✅ Focus on hydration. Your kidneys are another main detox organ, but dehydration is super common - and a major stress on your kidneys. Target around 75 oz of clean filtered (or spring) water daily and this will support kidney function (and detoxification). ✅ Promote lymphatic flow. Another key part of detoxing is your lymphatic system. But there’s a catch 22… Hashimoto’s drains your energy, but movement is needed for the lymph system to circulate. While the heart works to pump your blood, movement is needed to push the lymph fluid through the body 👉and remove the toxins it carries👈 So avoid anything high intensity, and focus on 2 simple movements… Walking and rebounding (aka: lightly jumping on a trampoline just a few minutes) But be careful and only do what your body can handle depending on any physical issues you have. ✴️ Combining these 3 tips is the best thing you can do to start supporting your natural detox system… much more than loading up on juices, herbs, or nothing at all. As intended, the body responds to infection, injury, trauma, or malnutrition according to its natural design 🧘🏻‍♀️

Any ongoing health problem can eventually lead to an autoimmune response. It’s unfortunate that rates of autoimmunity are increasing in children! 💔

It’s never too early to focus on…

1️⃣ Dietary triggers
If you eat something and it bothers you, stop eating it. Constantly eating harmful foods/things that provoke the immune system is going to just make matters worse.

2️⃣ Infections
Although we can’t change the past, we can choose to check and address problems when we know “something doesn’t seem right”.

3️⃣ Toxins
It’s not a secret that we’re surrounded by toxins - in our food, our water, the air we breathe, and the products we put on our body, face, and hair. Taking small steps to choose safer and more responsible products will save you 💰💰💰 in co-pays, deductibles, and medication costs.

4️⃣ Stress
Guess what, having low emotional resiliency may not (completely) be your fault. Sometimes the body is dealing with imbalances that makes it impossible for us to be emotionally strong and resilient. But this isn’t your free pass to do nothing to care for yourself. Who do you surround yourself with? Are you keeping yourself stressed by focusing on the wrong things? Are you actively trying to reduce your stress or make more of it?

I know this might seem like so much right now and maybe you’re thinking… “where do I even start?”

Nutrition! You can’t supplement out of a diet that’s causing a major stress in the first place. The best option is to start Paleo and just focus on all real (preferably organic) Whole Foods of all varieties.

Get used to eating ✨3⚡️ solid meals a day instead of constant snacking all day long.
