UPDATE: Phone issues at South Street continue today (Thursday). Please be patient as we work toward a resolution and use your FMH account whenever possible. We are truly sorry for any inconvenience.
As many of you already know, we experienced a server issue at our South Street office yesterday (Tuesday) alongside a phone outage.
We are continuing efforts to restore service fully, unfortunately, we anticipate that the problems will not be resolved by the start of office hours today (Wednesday). While the issue persists, South Street phones will be forwarded to other locations, which may impact response times. Similarly, while appointments will not be cancelled at any office, there may also be delays on-site.
We apologize for any inconvenience that this causes. We ask for your patience as we work with our vendors to make the necessary corrections to our systems. During this time, your Follow My Health portal remains the best way to communicate non-urgent matters. For those that need immediate attention, we assure you that we are doing everything possible to resume service as quickly as possible.
