“I had a great experience during my visit to urgent care. From the moment I walked in, the staff was kind, patient, and attentive. The check-in process was smooth, and I didn’t feel rushed or overlooked at any point. The medical assistant Michelle and Sheena took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and make sure I felt comfortable and cared for. The facility was clean and well-organized, and overall the care I received was efficient and compassionate. I truly appreciated the professionalism and warmth of the entire team. Highly recommend.”
