I ALWAYS say...the more you do, the better your results!!

There is NO eating or exercise plan necessary BUT with sensible eating and even light exercise, you can lose A LOT more by adding a supplement vs sensible eating and exercise alone or just taking a supplement and that's it.

I'm more of a 2, maybe 3 days a week person but those who workout 4 to 7 days per week...do ya thang! 🙌🏾💪🏾😂
