Reilly has worked at Partnership for Community Supports for 6 amazing years!

Reilly first got connected with Partnership while still in high school as an intern and quickly felt it was the perfect fit. Now, as an Office Clerk, Reilly keeps things organized and running smoothly for the office and the people Partnership serves.

When asked what she loves most about her job, Reilly said it’s the people and coworkers she works with!

Today was a bit spooky over at SPIN Community & Fitness! Runners and walkers participated in the Spooky Stroll, a 5K around the neighborhood to help raise funds for the Hailey Temple Memorial Theater. What do you like best about your job?
"What I like best about my job is helping the individuals I support achieve goals they have set for themselves. I like helping them on their jobs to ensure they are treated fairly and with kindness. I like to be in connection with the people I support to make sure I am giving them the best support possible. "

Tell us about a time when you felt proud to be an Employment Specialist.
"A time I felt proud to be an Employment Specialist was when I landed one of the people I support a job. His excitement and hard work to want to go out and look for jobs each week was fulfilling. Reviewing interviewing skills with him and staying connected with his team with updates were essential. He worked and was great at his job but needed to take a leave for a while. Working together with his employer, they were very understanding and allowed him to take the time he needed. He was able to go back to work and he was able to start on my birthday in September. The happiness he’s had since returning to work is so rewarding! His employer is also amazing; they love him and were also happy for his return. Helping others makes me feel great inside. "

Ashley began volunteering at ImagiNation three years ago, and this past summer was welcomed back to the team as an employee. Since then, she has continued to grow into a valued and important contributor of the business. Ashley plays a key role in keeping the space safe and welcoming by cleaning and resetting the play rooms so every family can enjoy their time. Her dedication, spunk, and thoroughness shine through in everything she does.

On October 15th, Pam celebrated 15 years working at Kieran McKenna Flooring. Pam has been a valued part of their team and has always taken great pride in her work, keeping the showroom spotless and welcoming. Pam truly enjoys coming to work, brings a positive attitude, and enjoys spending time with her coworkers and manager.

Over the years, Pam has been a model of consistency, hard work, and skill. Her fun personality and dependable nature make her a joy to be around. We’re so proud of her commitment and the pride she takes in everything she does.

"What I love most about my job is being part of transformational moments—when someone gets their first job, gains independence, or simply feels seen and valued in their community. I’m especially passionate about helping individuals learn, grow, and work toward their personal and professional goals. Watching their confidence build and their dreams take shape is the best part about my job."

Tell us about a time when you felt proud to be an Employment Specialist.
"When I think about a time I felt incredibly proud to be an Employment Specialist, the last Employment Banquet immediately comes to mind. Being surrounded by the individuals we support, celebrating their hard work and growth, was incredibly moving—it even brought me to happy tears. Hearing their gratitude and seeing their pride reminded me just how meaningful this work is. It's not just about finding jobs; it's about building confidence, independence, and community. Moments like that make me so proud to do what I do."

Tom works at McDonald’s and takes great pride in keeping the dining area clean, neat, and welcoming for everyone who walks in. His big smile says it all you can see just how much he enjoys what he does!

Meet Megan who works at Burlington! She really enjoys her job and always gives her best.

Megan was first hired in to organize and straighten the shoe department. After mastering that task, she has since worked her way up to processing shoes in the warehouse.
