People pleaaase stop trying to haggle with me on times for a session. I tell you when i can be ready and it feels disrespectful you want immediate earlier rushing me... I cant do that. And wont...its always been 2 hours notice MINIMUM. Usually i dont even do same day requests. Bc im jumping thru hoops. If you spike my cortisol its to the moon.

What is candida, is it something causing chronic symptoms? 1/3 people in Western world have overgrowth because our diet and drinking and meds are s**t! 😆........... But true.
It can lead to permeable bowels and loads of toxins poisoning your blood. (Leaky gut).
