For respiratory health and PH balance, I never knew pink hymalayan salt good for that! Its primarily composed of sodium chloride, like table salt, but it also contains trace amounts of other minerals such as iron, potassium, magnesium, and calcium.
My intuition said sprinkle that in with my lemon water, so I did, looked up benifits after 🤣

Im back! From Rome, Vatican, and Greece. Wonderful time with my son, his gf, and their classmates at New Foundations. Too many photos to share. The sun was brutal, heat. So hot 🔥 🥵 we managed and now winding down for the 4th. Seeing clients has already begun. But limited. I have to unpack and maybe sleep more! 🤣
