FEELING yourself get stronger >>>>

I started Pilates a few weeks ago and I struggled so much with a side plank. I’ve done modified variations for the past few weeks but today I said “why not” - let’s try and see if I can do it. And then BOOM 🤯 I truly shocked myself 😭 Just know that the scale is not the only measure of improvement. What you look like in the mirror is not the only measure of improvement. Your body being able to do something that it wasn’t able to do a few weeks, months or years ago is a sign that you’re certainly going in the right direction.
