Family Caregivers Network is a non-medical licensed home care agency in PA offering home care to seniors.

Our certified nurse aides, homemakers, companions, and live-in caregivers provides home care to seniors in Montgomery, Bucks, Berks, and Lehigh counties. Our Geriatric Care Managers assist families with long term care planning to help seniors age in place. Our Philips Lifeline Medic Alert Systems and Medication machines ensure help at a moment's notice and delivery of the right medicine every time

. Activities we assist with include, bathing, dressing, meals, transportation, errands, respite, long term care planning, patient advocacy. In addition our Family Caregiver Support Groups offer support and resources to families.

🌟 Congratulations to our June Employee of the Month: Aimee Strouse! 🌟

Aimee joined Family Caregivers Network in January 2024 and has quickly become a shining star on our team. A recent graduate of the FCN Caregiver Academy, Aimee didn’t stop there—she continued her professional journey by completing our Memory Matters program and is now a Certified Dementia Care Aide through the Alzheimer’s Association.

Aimee’s compassion, dedication, and willingness to go above and beyond for her clients truly set her apart. She brings warmth, patience, and a sense of calm to every home she enters, and both her clients and peers consistently share how grateful they are for her care.

We are so proud of all that Aimee has accomplished in such a short time and are thrilled to be a part of her caregiving journey. The future is bright, and we can’t wait to see where it takes her!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform comprehensive assessments of clients’ physical, cognitive, and social needs.
Develop and implement individualized care plans.
Coordinate medical appointments, in-home services, and community resources.
Advocate for clients’ needs and preferences.
Provide support and education to family caregivers.
Monitor and adjust care plans as necessary.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
Minimum of one year of experience in home care
Strong knowledge of local healthcare and social service resources
Valid Driver’s License
Valid Car Insurance

Being a caregiver requires an ability to balance emotional strength in a way that is truly a calling.

It takes emotional resilience, mental strength, and unwavering compassion. It’s more than just providing physical care—it’s about carrying the weight of emotions, navigating challenging decisions, and showing up day after day, even when it feels overwhelming.

Caregivers are our listeners, advocates, companions, and protectors. They hold space for fear and frustration, offer comfort during moments of uncertainty, and carry the emotional weight of those they care for—often while balancing their own lives and challenges.
