HOT HANDS SPA, in the Heart of South Philadelphia, is LOOKING to hire experienced, talented and knowledgeable Estheticians to fill Full Time, Part Time and Temporary positions.

Applicants must have a great WORK ETHIC, upbeat personality, and a natural inclination to help people.

Core roles and responsibilities will include:

Provide excellent client service
Suggest and perform customized treatments and frequency based on observations
Educate clients with knowledge and confidence on services, products and programs available
Recommend services based on Face Mapping Skin Analysis
Perform services such as:
- Signature Facials - Anti-Aging Facials - Gentleman’s facials - Backcials - Various MicroDerm Treatments - Waxing

Promote benefits of regular facials
Occasionally participate in off-site events
Stay updated on promotions in the spa
Create and maintain positive relationships with team members
Be prompt and prepared to work
Be open and willing to work a variety of shifts and hours
Qualifications:

Comply with local and state licensing laws and regulations
Hold current state license to practice skin care
Be client oriented and communicate effectively with clients
Capable of performing/learning various spa modalities
Must be a team player

$200 sign on bonus at your 6 month employment anniversary
45% commission on services
