Intern Spotlight💡

My name is Molly Pierce, and I am very excited to be a Dietetic Intern through Aramark! 💯

I graduated in August of 2024 from Texas State University, where I obtained a bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Sciences. I then graduated in December of 2025 with my Master's in Nutritional Sciences through Texas Tech University. 🎓

I have been working as a Pharmacy Technician for the past 4 years. I was also a Hospice Volunteer for a couple of years and did a smaller internship at an independent living home.

In my free time, I love to cook, hang out with friends, go on walks, and spend lots of time with my dog, Linus. 🐶

Intern Spotlight 💡

My name is Deniz Colak, and I am very excited to be a Dietetic Intern through Aramark!

I obtained my B.S. in Nutrition from The University of Texas at Austin and graduated in August with a M.S. in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology from The University of Florida. 🎓

At UT Austin, I served as a Fueling Station Manager for Texas Performance Nutrition, leading daily operations of the fueling station and working closely with sports dietitians to provide nutrition support for Division I athletes. As a part of the Prevention Research Lab 🔬, I engaged in research examining how the marketing of products such as to***co, alcohol, and highly processed foods and beverages impacts youth and young adults’ behaviors.

Additionally, as the Social Events Officer for UTexas Nutrition, I participated
in community service initiatives in the Austin area, including preparing meals for those in need in the kitchen at the University Methodist Church and volunteering with the UT Farm Stand Garden. 👩‍👩‍👧‍👧

In my free time, I love reading, working out, and going on adventures with my two dogs! 📚🏃‍♀️🐶

Intern Spotlight💡

My name is Hannah Zambrana, and I completed my DPD program and earned my master’s degree in nutrition from Mansfield University in Pennsylvania. 🎓

I have worked as a Nutrition Coordinator/Nutrition Professional at Women, Infants and Children (WIC) in New York and Pennsylvania. Additionally, I've worked as a Nutrition & Dining Services Analyst at Healthcare Services Group, Inc., working on developing regional menus for nursing homes, assisted living facilities, hospitals, and rehabilitation centers. 👩‍⚕️

Most recently, I have worked as a Registered Dietetic Technician at a children’s hospital in Philadelphia in the clinical nutrition and enteral prep setting. 🏥

Outside of work, I enjoy having creative outlets such as sewing, crocheting, and baking. I also enjoy staying active, whether it’s by walking my two dogs or strength training!

🌟 Intern Spotlight: Meet Martina Saa! 🌟

My name is Martina Saa, and I graduated from Penn State University in December 2024 with a bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Sciences and a DPD verification statement. I am currently completing my Dietetic Internship in New York, where I have gained extensive clinical experience across acute care, critical care, and long-term care settings.

🏥 Clinical Experience
Throughout my clinical rotations, I have provided nutrition assessment and intervention for patients with renal disease, diabetes, gastrointestinal disorders, pulmonary conditions, and those in the ICU and step-down units. I have developed strong skills in the Nutrition Care Process, medical nutrition therapy, interdisciplinary collaboration, and patient education in complex medical cases.

🌻Prior Experience
Prior to my clinical training, my experience included community, foodservice, and sports nutrition. I worked as a nutrition counselor at a youth camp, co-taught in the Food, Families, and Health Program, and provided diabetes education. In sports nutrition, I managed athlete fueling stations, conducted sweat tests, and developed individualized hydration plans. I also rotated through foodservice operations, overseeing production and quality initiatives, and served as a Building Supervisor for Campus Recreation, leading staff and ensuring facility safety.

🏆 Awards & Skills
I have been recognized with the Best Student Intern Award in Sports Nutrition, Dean’s List honors, and Supervisor of the Month (April 2025). I am trilingual in English, Spanish, and Polish, and certified in ServSafe, CPR, and First Aid.

🏃‍♀️🍳 Outside of Supervised Practice
In my free time, I enjoy running, hiking, strength training, and cooking. I also share healthy recipes and wellness content through my social media platform.

During her production rotation, Marissa has jumped right in to support the Café team whenever it is needed. From helping make sandwiches to serving weekly home‑style meals, she’s always ready to assist with a positive attitude.

Hello, my name is Jorja Washington, and I’m thrilled to be part of this program. I hold a bachelor’s in Nutritional Sciences and Dietetics and a master's in nutrition and dietetics. 🎓

My passion lies in supporting whole-person health—healing from the inside out—which sparked not only my dedication to nutrition but also my interest in physical wellness. This passion led me to pursue certification as a personal trainer to help others integrate both nutrition and fitness into their lives. 🏋️

In my free time, I enjoy cooking, staying active, and spending time with my family. 🍳🏃‍♀️👨‍👩‍👦 I’m truly excited about what this internship has to offer and am eager to grow through the opportunities and mentorship this program provides.
